Frequently Ask Questions


How do I place an order? Placing an order is easy! Just go to the home page and select start shopping.  Select your design, device type and any other information needed and add to cart!

How long will my order take to ship? Order are usually printed and shipped within 3-5 business days with longer times expected during the holiday season. 

What method of shipping do you use? We ship using USPS. We offer both 1st Class Mail and Priority with tracking information included for both. Also, we offer an option to ship with insurance. PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing insurance is the only protection against cases that may get "lost" in the mail. If the tracking information says delivered and you have not received it, insurance must have been purchased for CMN to ship a replacement case free of charge. Contact us for further information about this option if you are unsure what to select.  Also, your shipping method, does not change the processing times.  If you are in need of rush processing, please send us an email to request that.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy? Due to the customization on every order, we cannot accept returns. If your case was not printed as you ordered it, simply contact us within 30 days and we will be sure to correct your order.

Do you offer discounts? Discounts on occasion, may be offer on the home page. The best way to be sure to receive information about discounts and promotion, would be to sign up for our email list.   Also, be sure follow us on our social media sites as special promotions may be posted there.  Please note that discounts do not apply to any fundraiser, or wholesale accounts (anything with a logo are excluded).
